late January's recipe fishy pasta

 This is one of our regular easy meals.
1. take enough pasta for how ever many people are eating. start it boiling and add a good handful of broccoli per person.

2 while it is boiling put a small tin of anchovies in oil in a saucepan, if you are cooking for more than 4 then make it 2 tins. start it off on a med heat as the anchovies start to dissolve add a tin of tuna in oil per 2 adults. stir them together well and as it cooks add a little olive oil.

 3. when the tuna and anchovy mix comes together add plenty of black pepper.
 4. drain the pasta and broccoli and put back in the saucepan.
5.  mix the tuna into the pasta
5. serve.  this can be eaten cold.





my mum makes this at least once a month. this was nice, i need to add more pepper next time, and I thought it might be nice with a hint of lemon.

January's recipe chicken and chorizo bake

 In January I made chicken and chorizo bake, first i chopped the chicken and the chorizo.








I then put it in a roasting tray with new potato's, onions, some dried oregano and the zest of an orange.
 I baked it for about 1 hour at 220 C I basted it twice.
It tasted really good, some of the chorizo was a little over cooked but it was still nice. I didn't taste the orange.






next time I will pre cook the potato's, and add more orange.
