sausage twists

For my sausage twists, which are like pigs in blankets, but with pastry, I used pre-rolled pastry, because it took too long to make!
I rolled out the pastry into thin strips, and cut it up to about 2cm thick.
I wrapped them round the sausages, which cooked very nicely.
When they were cooked, they turned out very nicely. I could have improved it by leaving them in there for a little longer.
